By accessing or using the website, software, forms, or any services provided by AeyeCRM LLC (“AeyeCRM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
AeyeCRM provides AI-powered customer relationship management (CRM) tools, web forms, data collection services, automation workflows, and related software services (collectively, the “Services”).
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
- You may be required to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Use of Forms & Data Collection
When you embed or use AeyeCRM forms on your website or elsewhere:
- You are the data controller of the personal data collected through the forms.
- AeyeCRM acts as a data processor on your behalf.
- You must have a lawful basis for collecting and processing personal data (e data (e.g., consent, legitimate interest, contract).
- You are responsible for displaying an appropriate privacy notice to your users and obtaining any required consents.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws (including privacy and data protection laws such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, etc.)
- Collect or store sensitive personal data (e.g., health data, racial/ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, etc.) unless explicitly permitted in writing by us
- Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited messages
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
7. Intellectual Property
- AeyeCRM retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all software, logos, and trademarks.
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during your subscription term in accordance with these Terms.
8. Payment & Subscriptions
- Some features require payment. All fees are listed on our website and are non-refundable except as required by law.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 3 days before the renewal date.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with or without notice.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AeyeCRM LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
