The lead-to-cash problem most growing companies miss
Philip built AeyeCRM to solve a specific problem he kept seeing inside family-owned and mid-size service businesses: the founder had it all in their head, the team had it in spreadsheets, and nobody had it in one place. Disconnected systems, low visibility, revenue quietly leaking out.
The cost of that gap isn't just inefficiency — it's succession risk. When the founder steps back, the operational knowledge doesn't transfer. The business stalls. AeyeCRM exists to make that handover repeatable, by turning what's in the founder's head into a system the next generation can actually run.
"The best technology feels invisible — it simply works to serve the business and its people." — Philip Shannon
Career background
Philip was a Founding Partner at Inter-Alliance PLC, an independent financial planning firm that grew from 7 employees to 2,000 advisors and achieved a £234 million valuation on the London Stock Exchange. The operational discipline he built there — standardizing how a fast-growing service business sells, onboards, and serves clients — became the foundation for his consulting work today.
He went on to run operations at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation and founded Ariston Bell, a Salesforce consulting practice that grew to $850,000 in revenue within three years. Over 15+ years implementing Salesforce, Philip has helped service businesses replace spreadsheets and tribal knowledge with systems their next generation of leadership can actually run.
His business philosophy blends the strategic thinking of Jay Abraham, the character-based leadership of Stephen Covey, the storytelling principles of Zig Ziglar, and the performance mindset of Tony Robbins. He founded AeyeCRM in 2024 and works from Austin, Texas.
What guides our work
The framework behind every CRM we build
Over the years working with family businesses through transitions — second-generation owners taking over, founders quietly preparing to sell, brothers and sisters figuring out who runs what — we noticed the same patterns showing up. Trust matters more than data. Process matters more than tools. The "right CRM" is the one your team will actually use a year from now.
Out of those conversations came The 7 Principles — drawn from the work of Jay Abraham, Stephen Covey, Tony Robbins, and Zig Ziglar, then refined across hundreds of family-business conversations. Every workflow, automation, and decision we ship gets tested against these seven before it touches your system. It's the editorial filter for how we work — and the constitution behind The Succession Readiness Academy.
“The framework is the constitution. Every module is just a way of living inside it.”
