HubSpot ImplementationHubSpot Implementation Services
Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub set up the way they should be — tied to your sales process, not just the marketing calendar. Independent HubSpot consultants serving owner-led businesses.
HubSpot is easy to start, easy to break
HubSpot’s onboarding is famously friendly. So friendly that most teams end up with a Marketing Hub running well, a Sales Hub nobody uses, and a Service Hub turned off entirely. The portal grows. The data gets messy. Nobody’s quite sure which pipeline reflects reality.
We implement HubSpot the same way we implement Salesforce: map the sales process first, design the system around it, set up automations that match how the team actually works, and document the whole thing so it survives the next hire.
What’s included in a HubSpot implementation
Discovery & process mapping
Documented sales process, stakeholder interviews, portal audit (if migrating), and a written implementation plan before configuration begins.
Hub configuration
Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub configured to your documented process. Pipelines, properties, automations, dashboards — not HubSpot defaults.
Lead capture & routing
Forms, landing pages, chatbots, and meeting links wired to clean lead capture, lead scoring, and round-robin routing rules.
Data setup & import
Contact and company structure designed around how you actually segment. Clean import with deduplication and association management.
Foundational integrations
Email, calendar, native connector integrations (QuickBooks, Slack, Zoom, etc.) configured on day one. Deeper integrations after go-live.
Training & enablement
Role-based training for marketing, sales, service, and admin. Written SOPs delivered. Sequences and templates built before go-live.
Principle #4: Configure for the process, not the feature list. HubSpot will let you turn on every Hub, every workflow, every automation. That’s the trap. We turn on what matches your process, turn off everything else, and document why.
How a HubSpot implementation runs
Week 1-2: Discovery
Interviews with owners, marketing, sales, service. Process mapping. Portal audit if you have a starter portal already. Written implementation plan signed off before configuration.
Week 3-4: Build
Core configuration: pipelines, properties, forms, sequences, automations, dashboards. Tested with real scenarios from discovery.
Week 5: Data & integrations
Contact and company import with deduplication. Email and calendar sync. Native connectors enabled. Workflow testing end to end.
Week 6: Training
Role-based training for each team. SOPs delivered. Sequence templates and snippets ready to use.
Week 7+: Go-live & stabilization
Two weeks of hyper-care after launch. Daily check-ins, sequence performance review, small adjustments before they become real problems.

How long does a HubSpot implementation take?
Most implementations run 5-8 weeks for owner-led businesses. Marketing Hub-only deployments can be faster; multi-Hub deployments with deep integrations extend to 3 months.
How much does a HubSpot implementation cost?
Implementations start at $3,000. A structured Marketing + Sales Hub deployment typically runs $6K-$18K depending on data volume, integrations, and user count.
Which HubSpot tier should we buy?
Starter is fine for small teams getting started. Professional unlocks workflows, sequences, custom reporting, lead scoring — where HubSpot becomes powerful. Enterprise adds custom objects and predictive scoring. We’ll tell you which tier fits before you buy.
Can you implement just Marketing Hub or just Sales Hub?
Yes — about a third of our HubSpot work is single-Hub deployments. But we’ll always document how the other Hubs would slot in later, so you’re not stuck rebuilding when you expand.
Are you a HubSpot Solutions Partner?
No — we’re independent HubSpot consultants. We pay for HubSpot like our clients do, which means we’re paid by results, not by helping HubSpot sell more seats. Our certified expertise is on Salesforce.
