Official Salesforce Consulting Partner

Salesforce Consulting Partner

AeyeCRM is an official Salesforce Consulting Partner. Here’s what that means, why it matters, and how to verify partner credentials before hiring any consultant.

What “Salesforce Consulting Partner” actually means

Salesforce has a formal partner program with three categories: ISV Partners (build apps on the platform), Consulting Partners (implement and customize Salesforce for clients), and Reseller Partners (sell licenses). We’re a Consulting Partner. That means Salesforce has reviewed and approved us to deliver implementation, customization, and ongoing services on their platform.

Becoming a Consulting Partner isn’t automatic. Salesforce requires: certified consultants on staff, a documented quality methodology, evidence of successful client engagements, agreement to Salesforce’s code of conduct, and ongoing CSAT (customer satisfaction) scores above their threshold. It’s not a sticker you buy — it’s a relationship Salesforce actively maintains.

What it does NOT mean: it doesn’t mean we only recommend Salesforce. We also implement HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Monday, Microsoft Dynamics, and Zendesk. Partner status is a trust signal about competence, not a contractual obligation to push one tool.

What partner status means for you as a client

Certified

Certified consultants on the engagement

Salesforce requires certifications across consultants on partner accounts. Your implementation isn’t someone’s first Salesforce project. We hold relevant Salesforce certifications and maintain them.

Process

Methodology Salesforce has reviewed

We use a documented implementation methodology — discovery, design, build, test, train, launch. Salesforce reviews this as part of partner qualification. You’re not getting a freelancer’s ad-hoc process.

Quality

Quality and CSAT accountability

Salesforce tracks client satisfaction scores for partners. If we deliver consistently bad work, we lose partner status. That accountability flows to your engagement.

Access

Direct Salesforce relationship

Partners have access to product managers, escalation paths for support issues, and early information on roadmap changes. When something needs to escalate to Salesforce directly, we have the relationship to do it.

Roadmap

Visibility into Salesforce’s direction

Quarterly partner briefings, beta program access, partner-only training on upcoming features. We can advise you on whether a new product is worth waiting for or whether you should build on what’s available today.

Verified

Verifiable on Salesforce’s AppExchange

Salesforce maintains a public partner directory on AppExchange. Our partner status is verifiable there — not just words on a website.

Partner status is necessary but not sufficient. Plenty of Salesforce Consulting Partners deliver bad work. Plenty of non-partner freelancers deliver excellent work. Partner status tells you we’ve cleared a competence bar. It does not tell you we’ll be the right fit for your specific business. That part still requires a discovery conversation. Use partner status as a filter, not a final answer.

How to verify any Salesforce consultant’s partner status

  1. 1. Go to Salesforce AppExchange

AppExchange.salesforce.com is Salesforce’s official partner directory. Click “Consultants” in the navigation. Every legitimate Consulting Partner is listed there.

  2. 2. Search by company name

Type the consultant’s company name. If they appear with a verified profile, they’re a partner. If they don’t appear, ask them directly — not appearing on AppExchange is a yellow flag worth a conversation.

  3. 3. Check tier and ratings

Salesforce partners are tiered: Registered, Crest, Summit. Higher tiers indicate more consultants, more revenue with Salesforce, and longer track record. Tier doesn’t equal quality — a smaller, focused Registered partner often beats a bloated Summit partner for SMB work — but it’s informational.

  4. 4. Read AppExchange reviews

Clients leave reviews on partner profiles. Read them. Look for specifics about the kind of work that matches yours.

  5. 5. Ask for certifications

Any partner should list which Salesforce certifications their team holds. The relevant ones for SMB work: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant.

  6. 6. Ask for references

A serious partner will share 2-3 client references. Talk to them. Ask about budget accuracy, timeline accuracy, and what they’d do differently.

Who this is for

A good fit if you’re…

  • You want a verifiable Salesforce credential, not just claims
  • You want certified consultants doing the actual work
  • You want the accountability of a partner relationship
  • You want a consultant who also knows other CRMs (multi-platform fluency)

Not a fit if you want…

  • You only need a 2-hour Salesforce tweak — a freelancer may be more cost-effective
  • You’re fundamentally on the wrong platform — a partner won’t fix that

Frequently asked questions

How long have you been a Salesforce Consulting Partner?

Multiple years. Specific tier details are available on request or via the AppExchange listing.

Are you a Salesforce reseller? Will I save money on licenses going through you?

We’re a Consulting Partner, not a Reseller. We don’t resell licenses. You buy them directly from Salesforce, and we help you choose the right edition and tier. This actually saves you money in the long run because we’re not incentivized to over-license you.

What Salesforce certifications does your team hold?

Relevant ones include Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Sales Cloud Consultant. We maintain current certifications and continuing-education credits.

Do you only work on Salesforce?

No. We’re also active practitioners on HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Monday, Microsoft Dynamics, and Zendesk. The Salesforce partnership is one credential among several. We recommend the platform that fits the business.

Can you handle large enterprise Salesforce work?

We focus on small-to-mid businesses (5-200 users). Enterprise-scale Salesforce work (1000+ users, multi-cloud, multi-org) is better handled by larger Summit-tier partners. We’ll tell you if you’re bigger than our sweet spot.

How can I verify your partner status?

Search AppExchange.salesforce.com under Consultants. Our profile is published there. Or ask us for a direct link on a call — we’ll send it.
