CRM Services for Other Industries

Don’t see your industry above? We’ve built CRM systems for healthcare, nonprofits, construction, real estate, financial services, education, hospitality, agencies, and more. The 7 Principles travel.

If your industry isn’t listed, the work is still the same

We publish dedicated pages for the six industries where we have the deepest pattern library — family business, manufacturing, wholesale & distribution, retail, SaaS, and professional services. Those pages get specific because the patterns are specific.

But CRM done right isn’t industry-bound. The discipline is the same whether you’re running a roofing crew, a regional hospital’s outreach team, a private school’s admissions office, or a 50-state nonprofit. Map the process. Pick the right tool. Configure for how the work actually flows. Migrate what matters, retire what doesn’t. Train the team. Document so it survives a hire, a fire, or a vacation.

If you’re in an industry we haven’t published a page for — we can almost certainly help. We’ll either bring direct experience (we’ve worked across most of the categories below) or we’ll tell you honestly when we’re not the right fit.

Industries we’ve served (beyond the six pages above)

Healthcare

Healthcare & medical practices

Patient outreach, referring-provider relationships, HIPAA-aware data handling, EHR-adjacent CRM. Practice groups, specialty clinics, behavioral health.

Nonprofit

Nonprofits & associations

Donor management, member engagement, event pipelines, grant tracking. Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPSP), HubSpot, Bloomerang, Neon, Salsa migrations.

Construction

Construction & trades

Bid management, project pipelines, subcontractor coordination, change-order tracking. CRM that respects the way bids and jobs actually move.

RealEstate

Real estate & property

Listing pipelines, buyer & seller workflows, agent commission splits, lender and title coordination. Brokerage CRM that doesn’t collapse under volume.

FinSvcs

Financial services & advisory

Wealth management pipelines, prospect-to-client conversion, compliance-aware activity logging. Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Wealthbox, Redtail experience.

Education

Education & training

Admissions pipelines, student lifecycle, alumni engagement, enrollment funnels. K-12 private schools, higher ed, training providers, certification bodies.

Hospitality

Hospitality & events

Group sales, venue booking, catering coordination, repeat-guest programs. CRM tied to property management or event management systems.

Agency

Agencies & creative services

New-business pipelines, retainer renewals, project profitability, referral tracking. Built on the same patterns we use for professional services firms.

Other

Whatever you do

If the process can be drawn on a whiteboard, it can be built in a CRM. Bring us the whiteboard. We’ll bring the rest.

The 7 Principles are industry-agnostic. Get it out of your head. Paper before pixels. The anatomy of a process. Configure for the process, not the platform. One source of truth. Forecast where the business is going. Improve continuously. The work changes; the discipline doesn’t.

How an engagement for a less-common industry runs

  1. Week 0: Fit conversation

30 minutes, no pitch deck. We talk about your industry, your scale, and the pattern you’re running. If we’ve done close work before, we’ll tell you. If we haven’t, we’ll tell you that too — and either way you get a recommendation.

  2. Week 1-2: Discovery & process mapping

Interviews with the people who actually do the work: front-line operators, supervisors, leadership. Document the real process, not the one on the org chart.

  3. Week 3: Platform selection

Side-by-side recommendation across the platforms that fit your industry. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Monday, Dynamics, Zendesk — or a vertical-specific tool when one is clearly better.

  4. Week 4-6: Configure & migrate

Build pipelines, properties, automations, and reporting around your actual process. Migrate what matters from spreadsheets, the old CRM, or whatever the system of record has been.

  5. Week 7: Train & document

Role-based training. Written SOPs. Reporting cadence. The system survives the next hire.

  6. Week 8+: Adoption support

Two to four weeks of hyper-care after launch. Weekly check-ins, adjustments, and adoption tracking. Optional managed services for ongoing care.

Who this is for

A good fit if you’re…

  • You have a repeatable process worth mapping
  • 10-500 person team using or about to use CRM
  • You want documentation and discipline, not just software
  • You’re open to a platform recommendation, not married to one
  • You can describe the current process even if it’s messy

Not a fit if you want…

  • You want a CRM installed in a week with no discovery
  • You want the cheapest possible vendor regardless of fit
  • You’re looking for a single-platform partner without options
  • You don’t have an internal owner for the project

Frequently asked questions

My industry isn’t one of the six you have pages for. Are you actually qualified to help?

Probably yes. The six industry pages reflect where we have the deepest pattern library — not the only industries we serve. We’ve done work across healthcare, nonprofit, construction, real estate, financial services, education, hospitality, agencies, and many others. We’ll be honest about fit on the first call.

Which CRM is best for my industry?

It depends on your scale, complexity, and where your industry’s vertical tools sit. For nonprofits, Salesforce NPSP is often the answer. For healthcare practices, HubSpot or a vertical EHR-adjacent tool. For wealth management, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or Wealthbox. For construction, Pipedrive or HubSpot. We recommend based on the specific situation, not on what we’d rather sell.

Do you understand industry-specific compliance (HIPAA, FINRA, FERPA, etc.)?

We work to the compliance constraints. We’re not your compliance counsel — you need that internally or via specialists — but we configure CRM to support your existing compliance posture. HIPAA-aware data handling, audit trails, access controls, retention rules. We’ve done this work before.

Can you integrate with my industry-specific tools (EHR, AMS, MLS, accounting, etc.)?

Usually yes. We’ve integrated CRM with EHRs (Epic-adjacent, Athenahealth), AMS platforms (iMIS, YourMembership), MLS feeds, scheduling tools, donor databases, and accounting (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, Sage). The mechanics vary; the discipline doesn’t.

How much does this cost?

Engagements start at $3,000. Most land in the $8K-$30K range depending on complexity, data volume, and integration scope. We scope after discovery, not before.

How long does a CRM engagement take?

Most run 6-12 weeks from kickoff to launch. Longer for ERP- or EHR-integrated builds. Shorter for cleaner platform-only configurations. We scope after discovery.
