Philip Shannon is the Founder & CEO of AeyeCRM, where he helps family-owned businesses and mid-size service companies move from operational chaos to strategic clarity. With 34+ years of experience spanning financial planning (Certified Financial Planner), Salesforce consulting, mortgage operations, and business leadership, Philip built AeyeCRM to solve the lead-to-cash problem most growing companies face: too many disconnected systems, too little visibility, and revenue left on the table.
Before founding AeyeCRM, Philip was a Founding Partner at Inter-Alliance PLC, an independent financial planning firm that grew from 7 employees to 2,000 advisors and achieved a £234 million valuation on the London Stock Exchange. He ran operations at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, founded Ariston Bell (a Salesforce consulting practice that grew to $850,000 in three years), and opened offices across New York, Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, and Dallas for a Salesforce partner firm. Philip also served as the UK advisor for Tony Robbins' Financial Mastery course, converting the program for the British market.
Philip holds a Chemistry degree from the University of Birmingham (UK) and was a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with over 15 years of Salesforce implementation experience. His business philosophy integrates the strategic thinking of Jay Abraham, the character-based leadership of Stephen Covey, the storytelling principles of Zig Ziglar, and the performance mindset of Tony Robbins.
